Bilderberg 2016, Orwell and the Precariats
Bilderberg
The
Bilderberg Meetings that are held annually have been the subject of many
alternative media articles over the years and the 2016 meeting in Dresden will
be no exception. Bilderbergmeetings.org outlines their agenda
and their participants these days in a move that most realise is an attempt to
distract and misdirect the growing focus on their activities.
The key
point to the Bilderberg Meetings though is in their own website homepage under “About
Bilderberg Meetings”. Although the first few lines mention "informal
discussions" the last few lines make the real purpose of the meetings
clear:
The meetings
are held under the Chatham House Rule, which states that participants are free
to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation
of the speaker(s) nor of any other participant may be revealed. Thanks to
the private nature of the meeting, the participants are not bound by the conventions
of their office or by pre-agreed positions. As such, they can take time to
listen, reflect and gather insights.
The
Bilderberg meetings are now merely sessions where participants are instructed
as to what needs to be done. There is no open discussion, rather it is a one
way download of instructions that the participants need to "receive"
and act on. The plans have already been formulated. The design is complete. The
meetings are there to simply ensure that the right messages are received by the
right people so that the true ultimate goal, which most participants would be
unaware of, is eventually reached.
The Precariats
Definition: People
living a precarious existence, without security or predictability, especially
job security.
Formed through the combination of the
two words Precarious and Proletariats
Of
particular note in this year's Bilderberg, is the inclusion of Guy Standing as
a participant.
Guy Standing
published The Precariat -
The New Dangerous Class in 2011, a book that explores the new emerging
class of people facing insecurity, moving in and out of precarious work that
gives little meaning to their lives. Unemployed and underemployed, the
precariats are a growing class of increasingly desperate individuals trying to
make ends meet in a time where wealth inequality is at its peak and job
opportunities are dwindling. The continued loss of paid employment to
unquestioning robots is accelerating the growth of the precariat class and Standing
warns that this is producing instabilities in society. He cites the
victimisation of migrants and other vulnerable minority groups as a typical
response by precariats and suggests that many of this class are susceptible to
the dangers of political extremism and social unrest.
Standing
argues for a new politics which puts the fears and aspirations of the precariat
at the heart of a progressive strategy of redistribution and income security.
Expect a
twist on this theme that will be adopted (and accepted by the precariats) in
his new work following Bilderberg.
The Orwell Prophecy
Many say
that George Orwell's 1984 is upon us now and it is hard not to agree. The
propaganda, the surveillance, the control of media, the lack of free speech,
false flags and the never ending war with far off fictitious enemies are all
elements of Orwell's dystopian world that reflect our own 21st century
existence.
Orwell was a
visionary that was able to extrapolate his experiences as a middle to lower
class youth, a Burmese policeman, a soldier and his time spent in the poor
parts of England, into a picture of the world in the future. A world controlled
by the few with strong class systems, everlasting war and little hope for the
population.
As Orwell
wrote in 1984:
"There are
only four ways in which a ruling group can fall from power. Either it is
conquered from without, or it governs so inefficiently that the masses are
stirred to revolt, or it allows a strong and discontented Middle group to come
into being, or it loses its own self-confidence and willingness to
govern. These causes do not operate singly, and as a rule all four of
them are present in some degree. A ruling class which could guard against
all of them would remain in power permanently."
The
"ruling group" that controls the world from the shadows in the 21st
century, understands these principles and have been planning to "guard
against" their fall from power for many decades. Let’s review each of
the four ways.
"it is conquered from without"
The
clandestine forces of the CIA, NSA, ASIO, MI6, etc, have been manipulating any
possible threat from "without" for many years. Through overt measures
such as conflict, cold wars and propaganda and covert means such as the use
of agent provocateurs, sabotage, bribery, blackmail, etc, it is
unlikely that the "ruling group will be conquered from any external force.
"it governs so inefficiently that the masses are
stirred to revolt"
Much has
been done by the "ruling group" to quell any uprising even though we
are governed inefficiently. Propaganda is the main tool used to both distract
and dissuade us from any revolution. Groups (such as Anonymous) and most
alternative media sites (such as Infowars) have been infiltrated, bought or
controlled and increased surveillance ensures any possible new threat is eliminated
before any revolt can manifest.
Revolts that
do start to materialise are soon dealt with through the growing arsenal at the
government's disposal. We have seen the growing militarisation of those
government agencies tasked with civil obedience (such as the police, National
Guard, Homeland Security, etc) and the introduction of new weaponry for the
quelling of riots and unrest. Some examples are:
· Active Denial System - designed to heat the skin of the target
and inflict a high level of pain;
· Armoured Water Cannons - designed to shoot a high velocity
stream of water at targets;
· The Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) - a sonic weapon that can
be used to inflict harmful, pain inducing tones over long distances;
· Riot Gun - a gun used to fire "non lethal" ammunition
such as pepper spray, tear gas, chemical agents, smoke grenades, etc;
· The Personal Halting and Stimulation Response rifle (PHaSR) - a
laser shooter designed to temporarily blind the target;
· Taser Shotguns - delivers a debilitating electric shock from up
to a distance of 100 feet away.
There has
been an unprecedented increase in the weapons and forces designed to stop a
civil uprising because the uprising is a very real possibility.
It would
seem that there is but one conclusion that we are rushing headlong towards. But
if we, the apparently awakened and enlightened ones, can see it then surely the
shadow controllers can also see it and make better preparations than mere crowd
control forces and weaponry?
We are also
continually reminded of our differences such as colour of skin, country of
origin, differences in religion, etc to ensure we continue to fight amongst
ourselves instead of organising a collective revolt. The enemy, we are told, is
anyone except the government and "ruling group".
"it allows a strong and discontented Middle group to
come into being"
Actions are
ongoing to ensure an organised "Middle group" does not manifest. The
previous Middle Class have all but disappeared and are being replaced by the
precariats. Actions against the precariats are currently being put into place
and the 2016 Bilderberg meeting will instruct participants of the actions
required to dispel this threat.
What will
the actions be? Most likely free money, perceived involvement and security will
be offered to the precariats in exchange for their acceptance and allegiance to
the "ruling group". Switzerland have just completed a vote on a
guaranteed income to all, regardless of employment status. The final vote was
against the proposal but the "ruling group" will learn from this
experiment and the next phase will certainly be more successful. It is no
coincidence that Guy Standing, who promotes this concept as a defence against
the rise of the precariats, is attending Bilderberg this month.
(Events on this issue are likely to unfold sooner rather
than later and actions could well be in place before 2016 ends.)
"it loses its own self-confidence and willingness to
govern"
As the
"ruling group" is comprised of faceless and nameless individuals
operating in the shadows, this scenario is almost certainly not likely. Any
individual in the group could be swiftly and quietly eliminated at the first
sign of dissent.
Hope?
The
parallels of our current situation and George Orwell's 1984 are undeniable.
Even to the point of Hope.
The novel's
main character, Winston, summed up the hope of the people:
"If there was hope, it must lie
in the proles, because only there, in those swarming disregarded masses,
eighty-five percent of the population of Oceania, could the force to destroy
the Party ever be generated."
"....if
only they could somehow become conscious of their own strength, would have no
need to conspire. They needed only to rise up and shake themselves like a
horse shaking off flies. If they chose they could blow the Party to
pieces tomorrow morning. Surely sooner or later it must occur to them to
do it? And yet -----!"
"He
wrote:
Until they
become conscious they will never rebel, and until after they have rebelled they
cannot become conscious."
Hope may lie
in the precariats but perhaps not for long.....
